This is another candid shot from my school's orientation program four days ago. Taken on the same day as I'm telling you my dream.
Did some advance editing on the eyes to sharpen it. I'm quite bad at controlling the focus you see. Auto level and auto contrast was used as well. Some additional curves, satuaration, and selective colour adjustment were involved. Colour adjustment was use to up the gradient on the face after desaturation on the overall.
Emré, I felt that the contrast was ok though. The focus had been processed with gaussian blur on the laptops in photoshop. Oh, and I created a softness effect too. :)

Good shot & work. Isn't contrast a bit much on the face? I think focus is ok, unless you wanted to get the lcd displays sharp.
Thanks Emré and Ash!

Sorry Emré. Yeah, I noticed what you ment by "contrast a bit much on the face". My fault. You're right, it's abit too much. Thanks for pointing out!
LOL nice capture
I like the colours and the atmosphere.
Thanks àsìkò and Oscense!! :D
Good candid shot. I think the lack of focus is alright. But spot metering on the guy's face will help to make the capture more 'exposure focus'.
Imran, thanks for the tips on spot metering. I guess my next shot would probably gets better with it.
The word "geek" just happens to spring to mind everytime I look at this shot :)
Suby
So it's a successful shot? Thanks Suby! Hehe~!
Since my boyfriend is an example of utter geekiness, I can totally relate to this picture. Very nice moment captured and well framed.
Thanks Ella! Hehe!
